"Shopping on a Budget" by Peter

First and foremost, Organic Produce.

AVOCADO(Packed full of Omega-3/Omega-6 fatty acid, protein and vitamins/minerals. I highly recommend buying and eating as much of it as possible! It has helped me out a lot with keeping my weight)

KALE
TOMATOES
ONIONS
GREEN ONIONS
GARLIC
CUCUMBERS
BROCCOLI
VARIOUS PEPPERS
GINGER
SQUASH
ect..

I tend to cook around all of these with every meal.

My list also consists of:
EGGS
BROWN RICE and BROWN RICE PASTA
ALMONDS
BEANS
TEA (Herbal)
ALMOND MILK (I have also discovered ALMOND CHEESE. You won't find any Cholesterol, GMO's, Lactose, Saturated Fat or Preservatives in the 'Lisanatti' Brand-I'm not sure of anyone else here has tried it or would recommend it-the label does say it contains Expeller-Pressed Canola oil so I do use it sparingly and I've noticed no ill affects to speak of thus far.)

I have also found 'Lundberg' BROWN RICE CHIPS, they are delicious not to mention USDA Certified Organic! KIND products offer a lot of great Fruit & Nut Bars as well as Granola. Just be sure to keep a look out for the sugar content in some of their products! I buy the 'Healthy Grains Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia and Quinoa' It offers 300 mg Omega-3 and it is Gluten and GMO Free, plus it has no Refined sugar. It works great with the Almond Milk for a quick breakfast and just as well on it's own as a snack. I just stick with the serving size.

I have been drinking 'Braggs' Raw/Unfiltered Organic Apple Cider Vinegar twice a day. It's important to buy the unfiltered, unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar as it contains the intact (healing) enzymes formed through the fermentation process. I mix 2 tablespoons with 8oz cold water(first, in the A.M.)and the second time around (in the evening) I add another 2 tablespoons to a big cup of Green Tea with some Lemon Juice. To my surprise, I've grown to enjoy the combination!

Now for my favorite part, TEA!

I have always been an avid Tea drinker so I was absolutely thrilled to learn that was ONE thing that wouldn't change though all of this. Here are a few that I mainly rely on:

-'Traditional Medicinals' Everyday Detox Tea with Lemon (Promotes healthy liver function.)

-'The Loose Leaf' Detox Tea with Organic Peppermint, Nettle, Ginger, Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root (Cleans the liver, intestines and colon. All of which are VERY crucial.)

-'Red Rooibos' is a powerful anti-fungal! I also drink Blueberry Rooibos in loose-leaf form and I can't get enough of it.)

- 'Puerh & Peppermint Tea' (This tea holds INCREDIBLE cleansing effects, it's great for your blood, as well as digestion. It is also known to increase metabolism!)

-ANY Green, Peppermint or Chamomile Tea is going to be a plus!

I have found Yellow Butter Squash in Wal Mart for only $1.58. They are huge and will provide you with two meals vegetables easily!! The cooking instructions are usually on the Squash itself.

Also, Wall Mart regularly sells Avocados for 68 cents each. $3.50 will get you 6 of them!!

Next, In have found canned AMY,S ORGANIC BLACK BEANS and LINTEL BEANS at the dollar store. These are really good for you. However, please DON'T BUY your fresh fruits or vegetables there, as most are grown in Mexico and I know the water used to irrigate them is not safe!!

One last thing...AND THIS IS HUGE. I have discovered that ROOIBUS RED TEA is a very potent ANTI FUNGAL. I found 20 bag cannisters at VITAMIN WORLD for $3.49. BUT GO SLOW, as the first time I drank it, I herxed. Now I drink it many times during the day and it lays the rhizoids down almost right away.

That's it for now. Hope this helps .

LOVE and STRENGTH. AND GOD BLESS!!

Peter
