| Tim, I can attest to to the fact that what mel says is true.
He truly is what he says. Also if you click on search online you will find PH balance and foods etc to help in the Ph balance journey.
Also,just one thing mel cautioned me on is if you go to a public Gym. If you are in particular stages with the morgellons you might want to be careful about using equipment or pools.
Blessings tim Never give up Hope! God is able and he sticks even closer than a brother. Pamela Mae

| Hiya Tim,
Welcome;
I started to exercise after the end of the third month on the protocol.
In the last 15 months lost over 40+ pds, as well as developing some upper body mussle tone. At 60+ years once again have 34 inch waist.
Be careful not to sweat, I worked out in very cool temperatures.
Hoped this answered your question?
God bless, never give up Hope! Mel
PS. Not sure if the exercise help my alkaline balance, but it sure didn't hurt me! |
