Hi Nan,

I knew i had read a post, about the importance of deep breathing. I wanted to tell a newbie the Sea about it. Also i used it this past week when in hospital and was afraid. Now i found it on your post here, taken from Peter's journal, so thank you Peter and Nan.

Also you are so right about getting a call from Mel,They come when you most need them and i seem to know that its Mel some few moments before it rings!

Hey Peter, Hey Mel, Hey Everyone,

I have a little fun Mel story to share first then will share what I learned when reading Peter’s journal.

So Christmas evening I was saying my prayers; I like to start with the Lord ’s Prayer then give thanks for the big and small things in life then ask for forgiveness then ask for protection, help and guidance for others and myself. I had spent some of the day researching doctors& testing options since felt that was the missing link in my health journey. I prayed to God and said I put this into your hands. I prayed please God hit me over the head with the next step so I do not miss it.

Well, guess who called the next morning out of the blue. It was dear Mel of course. Mel calling at the right time has occurred a couple of times. My imagination shows a little angel whispering in his ear telling him it is time to go do your thing… dude. He is a dude since he surfs. I thought it was so thoughtful for him to call. During the call we had a conversation about my surgery and recovery time. Mel reminded me that John B is working on the DNA test and it will cost around $300 dollars. The lab will tell you what you need to do for your body in app on your phone. Mel states you need to be patient. It is good thing. It will come soon. So I agreed to be patient. I am persistent, but not very patient so another lesson to continue to learn in life. My little voice said you need to do some more reading on Mel’s site so now I will share my finding looking a Peter’s journal and how useful this website can be to get healthy.

I think I have read Peter’s journal at least 3 times completely and I always find something valuable that I can try to improve my health. I started at the bottom where his journey starts. One other note is Mel stated in our phone conversation that we are all unique and each of us may need to do some different things to get well; one has to do the research themselves since we know what will work and what will not work for our bodies.

Peter’s log - 7/24/2012 I FORCED MYSELF to deep breathe by saying out loud 1..and breathe in...then 2...and breathe out. I forced myself to do this until I ended up becoming dizzy and getting chilled!!! But by combining this strategy with a brisk walk to help with it, I found that I come out of it really quickly and lost the fatigue. THIS ORGANISM STEALS OXYGEN FROM OUR BLOOD! So this strategy helps with shortening the length of the Herx.

Above is statement I found in Peter’s journal that resonated with me to research. I noticed Peter states oxygen helps with the fatigue which is my concern lately. I have read prior that body temperature helps your body get rid of illness so I wanted to take advantage of this process. I remember in high school the PE coach said breathing correctly is very important to maintaining good health and endurance.

I did some Googling to see what I could learn about breathing and temperature.

I entered ‘How to increase body temperature’ in search engine and found many youtube video’s about breathing. That was too easy.

Below I thought were informative and something I could do easily and seemed optimal to have my body do the healing. I included the links for you to copy and paste in the search engine to review the shows. Maybe Glenn and Mel can add the actually video screens later.

Body temp of 98.6 fights off those fungus and bacteria. Fungus likes 95-96 temp. Also, need to eat enough calories to maintain good health so review alkaline diet and get some calories in you to increase your body temp to get healthy.

I would prefer to have video of Peter doing his exercise, but thought this was useful. This technique is similar to what Peter posted. My temperature started at 96.2 (I told you it was low) and increase to 97.9 after first time doing this. Second time went to 98.1. I am going to try to do this many time thru out the day and see if can keep the temp up. I will keep a log too to see how I am doing. My mind is very clear this afternoon and I am able to write this update after this exercise. I think I am on to something.

Yes, I used the Parabolish and it was really helpful.

7/17/2012 “ROOIBUS RED TEA is a very potent ANTI FUNGAL”.
I love that tea. I need to put it on my grocery list.
Also, see “Avocados for 68 cents each. $3.50” in the journal.
I thank you Peter for saving me money. I check the grocery sale paper regularly when write my grocery list. My meal plan may be change based on what might be on sale at the local stores.

7/24/2012 “I am a 12 year recovering Alcoholic and was reminded of this all day”.
I am recovering sugar alcoholic. I guess it is a human condition to have our vices; the true blessing is when we can defeat them and come to find benefits. I can now drink a glass of water with lemon and it taste so fresh and sweet. I have been on clean diet for over 2 years. Food taste different in a good way. The Good Foods taste so yummy.

8/7/2012 “I can tell 'GOOGLE GAL' that I am well and coming to meet her!! 'I LOVE YOU MONICA!!'”
I read Monica’s story because of Peter’s post and found more goodies to feel better. Also, Peter’s reminds us how important the internet can be to help us make informed decisions.

8/28/2012 LOGOS support product MANOLARUM(spelling)...that John provides.. is a powerful anti-viral supplement.
I did my research on Monolaurin as well and agreed it was a good to add so I switched to the Lyme Protocol when contains Monolaurin. I felt better in very short time. This is another big blessing from Peter.

Hi Nan,

I want to personally thank you for that reminder about how important exercise is to us especially when we are feeling stronger on this journey to health!

I did do hot yoga for 20 days and it felt great. I couldn't afford to join the classes so I had purchased a yoga mat that has been staring at me in the corner of my apartment for a while lol!!. Now, I just have to motivate myself to use it every day!

I felt my symptoms increase the last two months and became very upset as it seemed like I was back at the beginning of this illness again! I thought it was diet related too as I have added green apples and the odd black coffee back into my diet a month ago. But after reading your post, I realized it could have just been the immune pulse which I have been taking now for almost two months.

I have been on the protocol for almost a year come this November 3rd so I am feeling it's time to be slowly and carefully adding a few foods back into my diet of raw veggies.....like some quinoa etc. I have been using rutabag and spaghetti squash but need to add a few more options for my 25% cooked foods.

Also I feel I may be stronger now for an exercise program even though my husband and I walk every day and have been through this whole ordeal but it isn't enough for me anymore as I am feeling stronger inside but my arm muscles are gone!
