Hi Adriane, Julia, and Karen, You have no idea how good it was to see your emails! I have not been back to check on the email I sent, I was waiting on them to approve it. I am also a rookie when it comes to the computer, so this is another thing that I am learning about. I feel now I have others I can communicate with that know what I am dealing with, thanks from the bottom of my heart for your replies. May GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU

Sandra,

I've been on the protocol for a year and know what it's like to have your family not understand. They've literally taken less than 5 minutes to even research what it was or ask me questions about it, At one point I was extremely underweight, my ribs showed and they were still convinced I was healthy because I appeared "healthy" whenever they would see me.. Now I'm chubby so I don't really know what's going on with my body haha. The only person who could tell I was sick with something was my father's girlfriend who happens to be a nurse. But yeah, I can definitely relate to the loneliness.

Hello Sandra,

Welcome to our group! You have come to the right place! I completely understand your loneliness. For me, that was one of the hardest parts of this.

I work from home which is a blessing, but hard because I never got out & saw anyone. And at first I felt so bad I didn't want to go out.

One thing that helped me was Facetime. Not being able to see the people that I love was much less painful if I could see their faces on my phone.

If you don't have an iphone, Skype on your computer would be another possiblity.

Another thing that helped me were many testimonies on this website of people who are healed. Hearing them say that this is only temporary meant a lot.

The last but most important thing I found to combat loneliness was reading my Bible & prayer. He never leaves us alone.

Blessings,
Julie B
