Dear Chrissie,
It does take a little getting used to in order to post.
I initially was confused as well doing this on my cell phone.
Once you get used to it you'll find it easy.
Maybe the confusion is that once you click on a thread go to the bottom of the page. A lot of other sites work opposite as you post at the top.

Hi Chrissie,
You seem to have managed to get on ok.
Check that you are filling in the details in the reply box correctly. Sometimes auto filling in of details takes over and you may not realise this.
I had difficulty once because of this.
You cannot have two different e mails for the site as it goes by the IP number as most websites do.
So just stick to the same one.
It is for safety purposes.
Hope things aren't too bad.
