Thing to know is 'THERE IS HOPE' we are finding relief,support, and some are well.
Good job Auntie M on recommending 'search' feature here,that will answer a lot of questions with the research that has already gone before.
Good job Deb** on the breakdown ! I believe morgellons to be fungal,bacterial,and parasitical.I believe the parasite(and I believe several different species) thrives off the fungus at least.
Because Our bodies are fighting this Fngus,Bacteria,parasite our body systems get 'tired -toxic' like our adrenals,some people thyroid etc.don't work as well. Then our immune systems also have a hard time as they try to take a drink from the body stores that are now compromised.
The bacterias involved may create a bio film in the intestinal and abdominal area.
Bio-films can contain many different types of microorganism, and actually create a system to defend themselves against our immune systems.
When bacteria are organized in bio-films, they produce effective substances which individual bacteria are unable to produce alone,and make like a film within the body,therefore once again slowing body defenses down.

Great Plains labs will try to find a doctor in your area that uses their labs if you call their customer service dpt.

| Hi Brian, It is awful sweet of you to help your girlfriend. As Auntie M. stated you can find lots of pictures when you do a search of Morgallons. Believe me, those who have morgie could write a sci-fi movie but it would be true and no one would believe us.
As Deb says, the testing is good and to get on Mel's protocol (click the protocol above). Your girlfirend probably can't get the drugs until she gets a Dr.. If you have trouble finding a Dr. to treat for Morgie, go to ACAM site for Drs. in your area and hopefully you will find one. That is what I did and lucked out.
While looking for a dr. she can start building up he body immunity (which is partly the cause) with the selected vitamins which work all together in the protocol. Oh, the Bactrim can be ordered from Mexico medsmex.com if she can't get a Dr. BUT before she starts on any medication she needs to know if she is allergic to anything. It would also help to know if her symptoms were cause by fungus or parasite but sometimes we have both.

If possible I would also order the MMS and molecular silver because the MMS can do many things besides working on the inside to kill them, you can bath in it. I am going to experiment to see if it will help with the clothes washing. | deb2

It is great that you are trying to help your girlfriend. this stuff is real and horrifying. she needs you more than you know. Just start by following Mel's protocol. AND have her get some testing done. Go to www.morgellonsfocus.com for the info on that at Great Plains Lab. This is the easy stuff. Next you will need to find a doctor that is willing to sign off on the tests and prescribe meds, that's the hard part. If you have trouble, let the forum know what area you are in and someone may be able to help with that.
We are here for you and your girlfriend. There are many things involved with this disease. Bacteria, Fungus, parasites and probably a compromised immune system. these are your focus. | Auntie M

| I think if you use the SEARCH link on this site and put in "symptoms" you will get a tremendous amount of testimony as to what these things look like. Try it. As far as "cocoons," when I wear cotton socks (both organic and non-organic) the fibers bunch up between the smallest toes where the "bugs" hatch. I don't have this problem between the other toes where no bugs hatch. I use a kleenex or paper towel to clean between my toes every time I put socks on and when I take them off at night to sleep with bare feet. You will find a huge array of symptoms, manifestations on the skin by reviewing the symptoms posted on this site. Before I started treating every day (for instance, nit combing my hair), I had larger white particles (like grains of rice). Now that I treat my skin every day using various natural treatments (vinegar/salt or MMS baths, Janice's creme on lesions and inflamed areas, Dr. Bonner's peppermint/tea tree oil liquid soap on scalp, and others), the particles coming from my skin are much smaller. Like grains of sand. It has been my experience that as the organisms mature, they change in size, shape and sometimes color. Hope this helps. | Brian **

10:20:43 PM | I have a girlfriend who says she has this Morgellons. Now I do believe she does have it, but I can never seem to find any good photos or size of these things. Although I have never seen any of these things actually come out of her skin, she brings me things and says they just came out of her. Now some of these things look like cocoons from, I dont know, fairly big bugs. Also does the cotton looking things that come out actually feel like cotton? Im really just trying to get my head around this thing and I have been doing alot or exploring on the internet and this seem to be the most up to date forum or discussion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks | | |
