Sorry, last post was bad ...

I hope I'm not breaking the posting rules, but this is just food, not a protocol. Best read in the following order, the answer is eggs do have sulfur and are a good source, but you can get way more with zero cholesterol this way ...

True Protein Amino Acids and Sulfur

And here's the kicker, Cysteine deficiency symptoms (a sulfur based amino acid). Sound familiar anybody.

Symptoms of cysteine deficiency include:

apathy
loss of pigmentation in hair
edema
lethargy
liver damage
muscle loss
skin lesions
weakness
fat loss
and slowed growth in children.

Would eating eggs help restoring sulfur in the body?
