I have spent at least 20 mins a day in a regular sauna for the last 3 weeks. At first I thought it had made a difference. It certainly feels great. If only I could just stay in there for ever. But once you are out everything goes back to normal. It may make some things exit out of your skin but it does nothing to permanently improve your condition.
I have a infrared lamp and that has not improved anything either. I have to find an infrared sauna.
