Hi Cassie - my name is lady T and I felt led to drop by the forum tonight to see how folks were doing (so exciting to read updates and to check in) anyhow - I wanted to reply to your post because I was "clay woman" for a long time.
Well let me explain - I had a period of time during my early recovery to where I had clay on my body 24/7! It was after my hours in the bath phase!
I used many different clays and literally went around the house covered in it. I started with a thick paste (mixed with vinegar) and used red, green, French white, etc. I gradually made it thinner and sometimes I used sonne's #7 clay straight from the bottle. All good!
I noticed that "clay coverage" had about a four hour window and Then it needed to be reapplied - or scratches would come or it was itchy -
The clay coverage brought me so much relief and allowed me to calm.
It also prevented sores from coming out and as u noted -it did draw out toxins; however, I think I made a mistake early on by treating the skin and not focusing enough on the inside gut and not taking the protocol serious enough.

I did do lots of cleansing and dabbled with the protocol - but in hindsight I see where I could have sped things up. But I also see I had to move at a pace that was right for me and I am grateful for every month I was down with MD because God showed me so much! Seriously - Morgellons is a nightmare but it really is one of the best things to ever happen to me.
It forced me to get well from the inside out and having such a healthy gut is a huge gift in life - ahhhhh.
Anyhow -
After my many months of being covered with clay (and seriously - if u came to my house I looked like I had a mask on and it was just how it was - I applied it all over my body and had certain clothes to put on when it dried. Then reapplied.)
After that season - we joined a gym and the suana and hot tub were my bff - both helped me detox (and so did yoga) and it also kept my skin clear - but again.... it was not getting to the root cause "enough"
Only the protocol can do that.

This Morgellons stuff is inside the gut and while we manage and care for our skin - we have to remember healing comes from within and with repairing the terrain.
That is why I wanted to reply -
Your post reminded me of my clay days- and I should have spent more time on the gut!
---
Anyhow - please be sure to read back posts here because I think I have posted about clay use as others have too. Also I remember Linn talked about spine stuff
---
Further - be sure to try "Kleen Green" as u can lightly spray your skin and environment - oh wow is it amazing - and the kleen green site sells Sulpher soap, which is awesome - I used to let it dry and let it sit on the skin for hours - worked even better than clay - and The sulpher Soap has lanolin and it is great - a little stinky but essential oils can counter some of that. for a while I'd wash first with dr Bonner's mint soap and then rinse it off. While skin still wet and pores open - I'd then apply sulpher soap and let dry then get dressed - and sometimes before the shower I'd rinse the hair with white vinegar - was good for scalp - ;) but I also was on protocol and eating right ( no sugar)
---
And don't forget that spraying your back with wps could help - many have sprayed and let it dry and Then applied a nice barrier lotion (like Avalon brand lavender lotion)
Well there are so many little tips across this site - type in different key words in the search engine and start to skim - you'll be amazed at how much is layered here.
---
And so as u consider clay for the skin - remember thtat the skin is our largest organ and it is a big dumping ground for what is going on inside the intestines - (which is our second brain) and it takes a while to clean out the intestines and tissues - further - we also have to help our immune system function again - and if u have MD that is likely indicative of immune system impairment - we are not taught this and so it takes a while to "see" - and because so much allopathic medicine is symptom management we have to think differently
--- so if u have not gotten on the full protocol - get to it if you can because as Mel and others always say - it's the SUM of many small parts! And in my very humble opinion - I think clay has perks and sure - it will pull out a few toxins and will give relief for certain stretches of time - but it won't fully cure you (or won't get you to be in the 90% club) - only the protocol can do that.

Best wishes to you as you heal and peace and grace to you and to all who are in this fight! ;)

Hi There ,

I would like to ask if anyone has tried to use clay mask on the spine or the back of your body to draw out toxins ? Im not sure which clay to use. French green clay or bentonite. I feel like my spine has been causing my scalp problems and my body as well.

Maybe the morgellons is hiding in my spine. Im scared at this point and need some advice.
