Hi Amy,

Great question.

We typically recommend two doses per day (morning and bedtime). I usually add it to my morning life shake (Renaissance). However, if you are going to take only one dose per day, make it bedtime as your body is in repair mode while you sleep.

Hello

I have a bottle of colostrum and would like to add it to the protocol. Can someone advise the best time to take it with the other supplements? I want to make sure I am doing it correctly to maximize its benefits.
