Morgellons -

For my nose I use a neti pot and to warm water add a quarter teaspoon of salt (non Iodized) and a drop of neem oil.
I use the neti pot method of pouring this into my nostrils so that it exits the other nostril.

This over time has helped stop the things coming out of my nose at night. I often add a couple drops of "neti wash plus" from Himalayan Institute that contains, among other things peppermint oil, eucalyptus oil, & Grapefruit Seed Extract.)

Hi Ruth! It is my pleasure to share - and thx for your nice comment!

I personally swapped my approach!
After a good amount of time doing the tumeric and oil/tea - I spent a week with Neil-med bottle -
No - I never used the packs - made my own solution with natural sea salt and boiled water (let cool) and always dumped solution to let bottle sit over night clean - felt very strong about making clean saline solution each day! Side note - I wish I gargled with salt water early on-

Anyhow - after a solid week of salt flushing every day - I went back to tumeric-oil-swab -
But it was also many months into this deep sinus cleaning and it might have been different if in week 2 or 3.
It still amazes me that I would clean out my nose - like make the tea - add teaspoon of coconut oil - then dip the qtip in the tea and then in tumeric -- and insert - I would go thru like 20 to 30 swabs - I would clean with some tissues and all that - then put stuff away - but then go back and do a few more qtips dipped and would get out MOre! Wow - and so eventually I just had to stop and come back later -

So yes - I swapped out what I did - and had a "phase" of using a morning salt rinse - then after a shower (with a little dr b soap) I would blow my nose and then lie down and use a dropper to let silver trickle the area!
Weird when the silver stung at first - silver usually felt like nothing when I put it under tongue, and so to feel a sting was like wow!

anyhow - that sting went away and I know it helped my nose!
- it did not take much silver to do this and I think it helped - then I would do an evening cleanse with the cotton swab and tea-oil-tumeric! A bit of work - but worth it

Then as I got better and better / the aggressive nose cleaning tapered off - and one day I was telling a teenager about essential oils - cos Walmart here in the States now carries pure essential oils and I got her pure lavender for five bucks! They also have a thrive blend and well this is such good news - anyhow I was telling her about how the dog whisperer uses lavender for calming aggressive dogs!
Then I showed her my young living kit bottles (young living brand has excellent formulas that I love, but are too expensive of a brand for me to use all the time - and I also like doterra - but also pricy - so I use now foods and other brands) so anyhow - I showed her young living's joy and thieves blend - and guess what?
My left sinus went crazy with tickles and stuff!
It was crazy! We were smelling all these and the potent impact was obvious-

So I made some tea and did that tumeric insert and Removal and got out worms and sludge!

It was after this that I realized I needed to keep doing the sinus cleaning at least once a day - swapping it up - but making sure to do the tumeric-oil at least every three days!

I also was reminded of the powerful impact of essential oils - and I kept the thieves bottle near my bed - and would sniff it now and then! And of course tossing lavender around the room was something I loved to do - it was my own way to diffuse the oil - just toss some drops in corners and under pillow - ha- - and know the little things like this helped my sinus too!

Ok Ruth
Please keep us updated on the Neil-med bottle use and other experiences you have! We all learn from each other and i am looking forward to hearing how it unfolds for you!
Xxoo

Hi Lady T,

Thank you so much for all of your posts which I find so helpful and also encouraging!

Because the fibres that I notice are now mainly appearing from my face I want to work on my sinuses hoping that this will help clear them up.

So I now have a NeilMed nasal rinse and wondered if you used the solution provided by that company(which is what I started with today) or used something else to rinse with. Do you think its best to rinse/cotton bud with oil and tumeric and spray with silver together or would it be better to do one thing for a while and then swap it round?

I'm in my eighth month of the protocol now and able to embrace much more what a blessing it is to be on such a healthy diet and have the supplements too, to know God working for good in it all. Thank you for your posts encouraging me in this. (I love Joyce too).

Hi Sam, thank you for posting this question as it helped me to think about nasal rinsing.

Much love,

Ruth
