Throughout these last months I've really enjoyed feeling well to the point to where I got too comfortable.

I almost forgot I was ill but was quickly reminded different. Definitely paying the consequences but refused to give up. I can't express to those everyday choices we make can jeopardize it all. Please don't make the mistake I did.

A dear friend told me to look into the positive side of things. I can share with my Morgellons family what not to do, n for future reference to check the next adopted animal in the family for cridders.

Please put lots of thought what you bring in your home rather it be a pet, plant, or even a shoe. I wouldn't recommend to purchase any pets period!(NOT Even if your 5 year old begged for a baby guinea pig for her 6th birthday)

My health should come first to be the best mom I can be. I must treat myself as if I had to live in a bubble. It has to be this way when suffering from this toxic disease that almost took my life.

I will continue to learn from my mistakes n pray God to continue to heal us all.
