Morgellons -

Hello y’all!

I know what you’re thinking that was just a little over a month ago I had brought this forward for everyone to read, but I feel like I need to do it again.

I know we all have so many different health challenges whether it is celiac, or you are diabetic, possible food allergies, migraines, epilepsy or even if you are suffering with a mast cell disorder, oh don’t forget Lyme or MD! There is always going to be a challenge, especially when you have to keep an eye on your overall carb intake daily as well!

So please review the list of all the foods that are found in this thread in a previous post and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! I know Peter is very informative when it comes to diet and I have also done much research.

Don’t forget, the diet plays a major critical role in your healing process. Of course, we all know that sugar is the first thing that needs to go, and greens are the first thing we need to bring to the plate! I’m not saying, we should all be completely vegan, as I know we all have different cravings of food, but they are veggies are extremely important!

For instance, for mast cell disorder, spinach can be a little tricky due to histamines, but there are other greens that you can replace them with or just be careful in the amount that you eat in one day.

Fruits also play important roles and of course I know they have carbs, just be careful on which ones you are eating and again, the amount of your daily intake.

Nuts and seeds are so so good and the ability to use those in so many different recipes are available, you just have to be willing to try them!

Another amazing food is eggs! And I know it has so many benefits, and some people may thinking eggs have a limited use, but once again be creative and crazy vegetable omelettes are always good!

Well, I hope this helps. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions and be sure to always check the post for recipes in delicious dining, as it is so easy to overlook and forget!

Stay the course my friends!

Hi Tea,

Thank you for your kind diligence in helping everyone to be aware of which foods are the best for us to eat.

It's fantastic how you grouped the same types of foods and beverages together. That makes it super easy for Newbies and the rest of us as well.

It never hurts to be reminded about one of the most important things for us all, the proper diet!

Take care,

Cheryl
