Below you will find healthy recipes grouped by Breakfast, Lunches and Dinner, Soups and Salads, Desserts, Sauces Snacks and Treats, and Beverages. This will be a work in progress as we continue to add to it as new recipes become available.
Please note that some of the recipes here (especially the raw food recipes) require a food processor, a powerful blender (such as a Vitamix) and in some cases a food dehydrator.
Please also note that some of these recipes contain sugar (from fruit), which early on in your journey back to health we don't recommend, so pay attention to that. Natural fruit sugars are better than refined sugar, but even they can feed fungal overgrowth, etc.
Organic ingredients are encouraged when possible, as are free range livestock and wild caught fish.
Special thanks to Tawney and Justin for gathering all of the recipes from across the site, as well as to those who submitted their recipes. Thank God they have both recovered their health and moved on with their lives now, so I also want to thank Twiggy for recently taking over this important responsibility.
