Keeping Strong

Mel I can not send any emails on my husbands computer and that is where I have all of my word documents saved. So I am sending them to you this way. Hopefully that is okay and you can then copy and paste wherever you need to. I will be sending

Keeping Strong:
The hardest thing is following the rules to recovery. All of your life you have done what you wanted when you wanted. Eaten anything you wanted. We all took our health for granted. Now we are in a position where we no longer can do what we used to do or eat what we want to eat. We have to guard ourselves around our loved ones. Not being able to be intimate with your mate. Not being able to kiss and hug your precious grandchildren. YES!!! This disease seems to take all the joy from your life. It is very depressing and you feel desperate to get your life back.
What I am here to tell you today is that you can and will get your life back. I am not going to say it is going to be easy and it is not going to happen quickly, but very slowly you will see yourself getting better and better until one day you look at yourself in the mirror and you actually see “YOU.” I have been fighting with everything I have in my heart, body and soul for over 3 years. It is a very slow progress but you do notice over time you begin to feel better and better. You realize you are now sleeping through the night. That is huge!!! We all know that was a battle when you first get sick. I did not use the CBD oil but if I had known about it, I sure would have. Mel can help you with that.
Not being able to eat the things we want is really hard and very depressing. Food is something we all get so much pleasure from. Immediately I stopped coffee, sugar, bread, and all foods that had any sugar at all. That is extremely important and one of the rules you must follow or you will never get well. I learned quickly what I could and could not eat and stuck to the bland diet of what I knew works for me. I basically eat, organic eggs, organic chickens from Costco’s, tilapia fish, organic green beans, organic broccoli and organic cauliflower rice and salads. I use cider vinegar for my dressing, ingredients ( ¼ cup cider vinegar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg and ¼ tsp stevia). I by all of my food at Costco’s as they carry all organic at great prices. I drink tea and water. Since I have gotten in the high 90’s I make the chocolate mug muffins quite often. But I could not have those in the beginning. Trial and error. I also found that I can not eat almonds, and steak bothers me also. I eliminated those from my diet completely. Do not cheat!! You are only hurting yourself. Every time you eat something you are not supposed to you are setting yourself back. One piece of pizza could cost you 3 months! I can promise you I have never once cheated. NEVER!!! I wanted to get well. I wanted pizza and deserts, but it was not worth the outcome. Ask yourself how much do you want to be well!
Taking your Protocol:
There is no excuse to miss your taking your supplements. I have never once missed a dose of my supplements or WPS!!! “NEVER!” If you are going out and you know you need to take your WPS at a certain time. Take it with you. I have a second supply already in a small bag, so anytime I go out I grab it and go. Take your supplements in baggies if you are going to work or out side your home when you eat your meals. My dear sweet husband was in the hospital for 2 months. Every day I would get up early and pack my meals, supplements and WPS. I would be at the hospital and 8 am and stay until 8 pm. But I never once missed a dose of WPS or supplement. I wanted to get well and I knew I was the only one in control of that outcome. Your must be strong and persistent every single day.
I know I am at the end of my journey and I am overjoyed to be able to say this. We all think in the back of our mind, Will I ever get well??? My answer is “YES.” Look at me and look at all the others that come back on the calls to tell of their wellness.
I am writing in my posts the things that I want you to know because these things helped me. I will do anything I can to help each and everyone of you. I know exactly what you are going through. I have been exactly where each and everyone of you reading this are now. I was very sick but I was determined to fight and beat this. I knew darn well I was not going to let this disease win. You have got to be the strongest you have ever been in your life.

Mel has been there for me every step of the way. He is a wonderful, caring. Kind, generous man. I owe my life to him. How does someone pay that back? Impossible!!! He will be there for you also. That is why his coaching is so very important. This is your step to recovery. When I joined the Saturday phone calls I was amazed at how much valuable information I learned every single Saturday. I could not wait until the next Saturday to learn more. I then joined the Sunday calls and they were so amazing. I believe this is a whole package. Mel has provided it for each and everyone of us. All you have to do is embrace it and you will then start your journey to wellness.
I am not telling anyone what to do or not what to do. I can only tell you what I have done and what has worked for me. I am 98% well. I now look in the mirror and see myself. I am seeing joy return to my soul. I laugh and play with my grandson. I am taking back my life., I am winning!!!
