Hi Eleanor,

Getting your doctor to prescribe Diflucan may be the quickest way to get rid of the yeast infection.

If you cannot get your doctor to give you a prescription for Diflucan, there are over the counter creams (which seem more effective to me than the tablets) that might help. Look at the active ingredient on the back of the box. If you buy one yeast infection medicine and it doesn't help, try another with a different active ingredient.

Also, I have found taking 2 Candida Rid twice a day instead of 1 twice a day to be very helpful.

Hi everyone need some advice please...has any of the ladies on the protocol developed a femeinine yeast infection and if so how did you treat it...just shy of 2 months on the protocol and wham there it is...not sure if the over counter drugs are a good idea any help will be appreciated. Thanks
