Shawn 11/9/2014 2:59:15 PM | Hi to everyone in each and every country. Firstly i must say, today i remembered all those loving soldiers, including horses and animals who died in the world wars, countries all over the world fought for where we are today, lest we forget those brave soldiers who faced many challenges. Talking of challenges, we are here on this amazing site faced with several challenges. This fight we WILL WIN, in order to win this, we MUST read the informative content on this site over and over again, as i have mentioned from previous posts, i personally believe the challenge lies within us, we MUST persist with the specific diets and protocol. I have been on this protocol since 1st December 2013, nearly a year, i have made great progress, its been a rocky road but NOT once have i cheated this diet or protocol, i want to starve and destroy every single pathogen that has wreaked havoc in my body, i must point out that i NEVER threw any clothes, possessions away, i just bagged the clothes i didn't need, i work in construction, i wash my clothes, towels, pillow cases, daily wear every morning, tumble dry them. I place 50ml of white vinegar in each wash, along with the normal detergent or an eco friendly wash and an additional rinse cycle. i clean my tumble dryer filter every other day. I shower or bath 2 x per day, and like i mentioned in past posts i spray my whole body with Kleen Green diluted 7 parts to 1 part water. I wash in sulfur soap and a pure lemon or lavender soap. i wash bedding every weekend, pillow cases done daily. I hoover daily mainly because i have 2 dogs, i clean the house in normal detergents. I have found if you stick to diet, protocol then the surroundings improve around you. My diet consists of: Breakfast Organic gluten free oats with organic gluten free rice crispies with almond milk from tesco, asda, 2 cups of lemon tea by 9am Lunch: A massive bag of organic watercress and rocket salad leaves, 1 x organic tomatoe sliced, 12 - 14 slices of organic cucumber, 2 x organic beetroot, 4 rashers of organic bacon, 3 x organic eggs. 1 x square of 85% plain chocolate. 1 x peppermint tea i have now added this CO YO yoghurt which is a coconut yoghurt which is 99% whipped coconut milk , and 1% tapioca starch and selected probiotic cultures. This is dairy free, gluten free, soya free, lactose free, no added sugar. (www.coyo.co.uk) No effects whatsoever plus it is filling and tastes luxurious. THROUGHOUT THE DAY I HAVE AROUND 10 CUPS OF RED ROOBOIS TEA. Evening Meal: Organic, chicken or beef or pork with every vegetable, sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, peas, runner beans, and butternut squash, also a side of a salmon, ( these are a choice each day so i may have salmon and veg one day and chicken and veg another. i have a massive plate of veg, Snacks: I snack on lots of almond nuts, rare or roasted with sea salt and i make my own flapjacks, 250g Vitalite which is dairy free 1 x tablespoon of agave nectar and 1 x tablespoon of local pure honey 75g of stevia 350g of organic oats, heat everything apart from the oats, wait until all dissolved and then stir in oats until all mixed, oven for 15-20 mins on gas mark 8, i like mine a bit crispier. great snack i find. I know everyone has different tolerances , i had 1 red pimple on my chest, it went in 1 day, the full moon doesn't bother me,i have tons of energy, nearly leading a normal life, i would say i must be near the 90% mark nearly at the 12 month mark, of course their will be glitches, i am continuing this healing process until at least month 18. all i can say please please read this site over and over, it has a wealth of information, diet and protocol are key to internal healing, try your very best NOT to panic, worry, or anxiety, YOU WILL, WE WILL FIGHT AND BEAT THIS, WE WILL BE BETTER PEOPLE AND TRIUMPHANT. God Bless and as Mel states, NEVER GIVE UP HOPE!!! Positive heals the body. Apologies for a long winded post, if anyone and i mean anyone from Europe like advice or simply just to chat please do not hesitate to ask Mel for my contact info: God Bless |

Mary 3/21/2015 2:59:38 PM | Hi All, I was just searching on Zevia soda and found this thread in which Nancy shares that she drinks these. Has anyone else found them to be tolerable. I had a sip of the ginger rootbeer one with no effects, so going to try a little more today. Erythritol and stevia are the sweeteners it looks like. I'll keep you posted. With Love, Mary |
Peter 11/16/2014 8:38:51 PM | Hello Shawn Congratulations, and thanks for sharing the specifics of how you work the protocol and how far it has brought you. I get thrilled each time I read about people who are succeeding here. Have you ever noticed that everyone who remains here gets well? Your post is reminding people of this. Telling others to “persist” and to “read” helps them figure things out. It will help them succeed. That is profoundly significant. You show them that everything needed to subdue Morgellons can be found right here. Stay committed and you will no doubt reach complete remission. God bless you! Always, Peter |
