Wow. It is clear that you are excited because you are realizing that your journey truly begins with reading here. It means you are committing. It is also a huge part of the work you must do to succeed. By reading here, you strengthen. By reading here, you heal.
Try to submit your posts mainly in your thread. Then you own all the grace within it. Over time, as you develop it, your thread then becomes a powerful tool for others, and a force that carries you forward through each stage of your recovery. Developing your own thread will also enable Mel to give you special insights about your particular gifts. For me, his mentoring remains a remarkable experience that we share each day.
I remember when I was where you are. I know a secret that is overflowing inside of you right now. You know you can beat this. Now you face each challenge in the knowledge that you are going to get well! Now you are in the fight.
