Hi Warriors

It's been sometime and I thought I'd check-in to give you an update! I'm slowly approaching my anniversary date, I started my protocol 4/17/2014. At that time I was sure hoping to be one of those reluctant warriors that would be healed in a year but unfortunately that's not the case. I don't say that feeling said or sorry for myself, I just look at it as if…my journey is different. When I started I was angry, sad, historical and depressed! Today I'm living, determined, physically and mentally stronger and in a happier space!
I still have a lot of challenges which may contribute to my slow healing, such as a house full of M carriers and non-believers such as my husband, teenager and a adult child who is now out of the home. I had to learn to let it go “and do me” so to speak. My poor little ones (the twins) are stuck in the middle, I do the best that I can with implementing healthy eating and giving them part of the protocol but my husband makes it difficult when he choose to advocate unhealthy eating. Although my babies (9 year olds) don’t complain, it hurts so bad just to know they are suffering!

Never the less again…I won’t complain! Slowly but surely I am healing and I wouldn’t be this far if it wasn’t for Mel, the protocol and the strength of this community! I’m not as active on here as I use to be but I do pop on conference calls as much as I can.
To the newcomers I urge you to keep faith and stay focused…I am! Still fighting and still determined! I'm winning...I will be healed!
