When you go for an interview, you can wear a wig.
To solve your problem with your scalp, you can try something that worked for me. Buy a bottle of Wild Oregano Oil (olive oil base. Do not buy alcohol based). Mix together 2 table spoon of coconut oil and 5 drops of Oregano oil. When you have your shower and your hair is wet, turn off the water. Rub the mixture gently in you scalp. It can cause burning sensation. Keep it for about 3 or 4 minutes and then apply shampoo and conditioner as usually. I hope it will heal your scalp.
The best result you will achieve, if you do not consuming any sugar or alcohol.
