3/18/2010 9:07:44 AM | Hi, I am kind of concerned about Susanne. we talked on the phone regularly and emailed back and forth and she seems to have disappeared. I left her a message and emiled her asking her if she was OK but I got no rersponse. I'm hoping she will see this post so I (we) know she's alright. Also I would like to thank Mel. Kevin and John for the LOGO's whioh arrived a few days ago. I am a bit confused as to who paid for it so I am thanking all of you. I also left a message on Mel's voicemail as well. I do have a few questions about the LOGO's and the fact that I am also taking many other suppliments such as b12 and some other things. I find that there is no way I can take ANY of the stuff on an empty stomack. It makes me get a bad stomachache right away. I don;t know if it matter if you eat with it. I have been following Mel's protocol as to when to take the LOGO's but I have to have some food in my stonmach and I'm worried that it might block the asorbtion . I also worry that some of the other stuff I'm taking maybe shouldn;t be taken at the same time as the LOGO's.I take a few herbals like ginger root and a few tohers and also garlic and coconuts oil pills and MSM. I hope they don;t cancel eachother out. One comment on how males seem to get better quciker than females. Since I got this in 2005 and started looking on the internet it did seem to be that more women have this than mend. Also I rarely saw women under 30 with it. Anyway just a thought... H |

I was under the weather a bit and out of commission in spirit. . prob from isolation but I'm back. and it was nice to know that someone wondered if I was alive .. it tells me something about 'this Forum' .. that it has a purpose, at least in my life .. and came upon my path for a reason. It was relieving to hear my name and so it changed my mood and wiped away my tears... ON another note i want to say- I, for one, AM certain that we are all ABLE to get better .. I consider us fortunate that we have something which IS curable in this world compared to others and I am counting my blessings. This is curable .. DO NOT let anyone tell you differently as I DONT and I wont |
johnb 3/23/2010 2:15:16 PM | Hi Delores, I am not sure if MMS is provoking your reflux symptoms, but it might be if it is wiping out what is left of your beneficial flora. Generally, reflux is a reflection of inadequate stomach acidity and dysbiosis (imbalance of gut flora). I understand from Mel that you just received your Logos products. Now that you are beginning the foundational support portion of his protocol, I would expect for you to see dramatic improvement in your reflux symptoms. Mel has often said "It is not some of the parts, but the SUM of the parts that make the protocol effective". He suggests (and I agree) to anyone who is starting that they get all the products first and start them together. Blessings, John |
