I am not sure if MMS is provoking your reflux symptoms, but it might be if it is wiping out what is left of your beneficial flora. Generally, reflux is a reflection of inadequate stomach acidity and dysbiosis (imbalance of gut flora).
I understand from Mel that you just received your Logos products. Now that you are beginning the foundational support portion of his protocol, I would expect for you to see dramatic improvement in your reflux symptoms.
Mel has often said "It is not some of the parts, but the SUM of the parts that make the protocol effective". He suggests (and I agree) to anyone who is starting that they get all the products first and start them together.
