Hiya Hilary,

Welcome as always;

Perhaps you should read a little more before you post.

Susanne posted under the 'Great For Hair' post on the 17th, so I think it is safe to assume that she must be OK. I imagine that most people assumed you would see that since you were on the forum and Gina's post was only two posts below yours.

Most supplements are best taken with food... I know John's are. There are exceptions to that general rule, such as amino acids (proteins compete for digestion).

I suggest that you present to your doctor (as I did) a list of all the medications and supplements that you are going to take in order to ensure that you first Do No Harm.

As you well know, Do No Harm and Hope have always been the main themes of our website.

In my experience, a stomach ache can come from mixing too many things. The nutritional support provided by the Logos products is comprehensive by design, and very well thought out. Most people should not require much if anything in addition to it as far as supplements go, but again, individual needs can vary.

As John mentioned in his last post (also on the 17th), we lack sufficient data at this point to speak concretely about male and female aspects of this disease, but hormonal imbalance is certainly a feature common to Morgellons sufferers of both sexes.

God Bless, Never give up Hope!

Mel
