9:21:57 AM | Wow! Thank you, all my lovely dear friends, for all the birthday wishes (& how did y'all know it was my birthday, Sneaky Pete & Chasity?) You've made me feel like a very special person, taking time & effort to brighten my day.
Hey, maybe next year - in our glowing good health, we could have one big wing-ding picnic/party celebration - there appears to be a whole lotta summertime birthdays - none of which I was aware of until just now - and I wish Amanda, Chasity, Ella Grace, Leah, Deby, Chrissie & Laura & anyone I missed (which is no one, hopefully) a very Happy-Your-New-Year, albeit late; a new year of good health, good friends, prosperity, and in my case - a visit to the fountain-of-youth would certainly put a smile on my face. And hey, Mel, how about a birthday calendar included with everything, since I know you have ample free time to set up such, huh? Then we would all know each other's birthday, and that would be more fair. I really like "fair", you know...
Again, thank you each for your birthday wish; I truly appreciate you taking time to put a little shine on the day I dread more than a trip to the dreaded-dentist.
If for no other reason, and however ugly the Big-Nasty we suffer with, I cannot help but feel it also a bit of a blessing: without this contamination, I would not have met any of you - and would never have known such a collection of truly beautiful souls.
