8:57:06 PM | Blessings to all my fellow warriors! It has been too long since my last post. You can say I have been living life to the fullest since I last posted. So much has changed for me....all positive. I have returned back to work and my energy has remained plentiful. There are times when I have learned to listen to my body and slow down, but for the most part I am back full force. ::)))
I would like to encourage everyone to start Mel's protocol because it has worked for me!! My life is back and I am so wonderfully blessed to have had so many wonderful angels helping me along the way.
My diet has remained eating clean and healthy. My co-workers call me the healthy one, but I remain diligent in my new normal life. Still taking John's amazing vitamins, but have slowed down on taking my drops. This is my new normal life, and I am so thankful and grateful for all my past and future blessings!!
If I can do this......SO CAN YOU!!! Only you can choose to do this. No one can do this for you. So rise up and start living your new life!!
