Hi Christine,

I'm just now beginning the protocol, too, so I'm right there with you! I'm so sorry for all of your suffering, I know what it's like :(

I'm a little confused about the different Phases of the protocol. Could you direct me to the page that outlines the Phases? I thought I just needed to start the Logos supplements, then wait a month then start the MMS.
