7/4/2016 9:00:09 AM | Hi Shari, thank you so much for joining me here and for your good advice. Grasping that diet is key, Ive eaten more Romaine lettuce and drank more water in 3 days than I've done before in over a week! It feels good but Ive been reading the diet archives to educate myself on what else to eat. My budget is very tight so I will get the most important produce and protein and keep it very very simple. Once I gained a bit of strength Ive been routinely swimming in the ocean (an abundance of that here in the Keys); the salt soothes my skin (we only have a shower stall), but after hearing the importance of exercise Im swimming with more motivation. Course then I'm exhausted but it's a good exhausted. I am busy laundering everything constantly as my husband has it too though not as symptomatic. I nag him to spray mms on his skin, take msm and salt under his tongue but he's negligent and working all the time that he's not sleeping. He is a worry....that's in God's hands for now. I should be getting my protocol soon, really excited! Guess I'm pretty tolerant compared to other's here since I take 15-20 drops of mms (have for a month now) which stopped my muscle/joint pain right away and majorly increased my energy and cleared my skin. But now I'm on round two...tired, often crawly and with some minor (compared to the huge lesion days) eruptions. Now I know it's normal not a big thing to get deflated about. I do want to say....in case others read this, that I happened upon a soap that immediately halts the crawling sensations that once drove me to the brink of despair: Fels Naptha, a bar soap in the laundry section of the market, about $2.50. Popular in the olden days to get your wash clean, you simply shave off a bit, whip it into warm water into a lather and voila!, instant precious relief, especially if you leave it on for awhile before rinsing. Anyway, I've been able to order your soap, which I'm sure is better for my skin, but the Fels was a raft from heaven in a storm. Hope to join in at your Coffee Talks. This website is homebase for me now. With Love and Gratitude, Christine |
