Hi John,

Thank you for this information - it provides another piece fo the puzzle for me, in my ongoing quest for good health. I am interested in your article on Hypothyroidism Type II. It seems that I have all the symptoms except a low body temperature is this a pre-requisite for the condition? Also, apart from the Starr's book, could you suggest information I might be able to give my GP on this?
