Thanks!
I haven't seen the same problem here. Do you know anyone else with an Android phone? I'd be curious to hear if it happens to them too.
It worked fine on my iPhone.

| Hi John W,
what is now happening on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is that when I get to the bottom of the text box where it has the number in yellow and "Please enter the characters displayed in the box" text. my cell just writes over all that so you cant make out my writing or the text that was already there. The text box doesn't expand to absorb all my writing like it does when I write from my pc.
Then I am unable to click on the "post response" button because it isn't visable at that point. So, I'm forced to write short messages of a few lines from my cell for it to work. I hope this makes sense.
This current line of text that I just wrote caused the box to give me more room to write, but if I were doing this on the cell, it wouldn't add on more space and instead, my writing would go outside of the box and over the directions text as I explained earlier.
Hope this info helps figure out this glitch.
Warm Regards and appreciation!

| Hello Everyone,
There have been two or three of reports of trouble using cell phones on our website over the years! Each time we run a test.
Hmm... I just tested it on my iPhone which was fine. Perhaps we should try to get a similar phone and see what it looks like.
