I'm going to look into the chickory coffee!Alkaline this body up with a boost!! :)
I also buy the unsweetend almond & coconut milk. Sometimes for Tyler I put a drop of Stevia to sweeten it a bit because he doesn't really like it. At this point I'm having to bribe him to drink his milk.. His piggy bank is getting a little heavier! but atleast he's getting his calcium!
@ Lisa~ hope your feeling a little better! I personally wld love a nice little townhouse, less work than a big place with acres:) I have to mow my lawn and honestly I could do without it at this point!Try to look at the positives! You say your to thin ..Well I've been getting to fat! lol I put a recipe in the children & morgellons section for flatbread that is soo good it will surly help put on some pounds! Get a food processor if you dont have one .. make you some almond flour,almond butter, almond bread.. TRUST me 5 lbs later ... & I dont need to gain weight!! lol :) Try Try Try to stay positive Lisa!
