I have also completed one week (almost two) of Mel's protocol and I am encouraged. I have never seen so many strange white specks exiting my skin! Of course with the help of rubbing alcohol, that has hastened their exit as well! Some are like grains of sand. Did you (or Mel) experience that "grit" coming out of clean skin? It must be that it gets worse before it gets better! I pray this will get more of them to leave! Ha!
