Reading the website is so important! More than likely someone new to M has a lot of lifestyle changes ahead of them. Understandably Morgellons is overwhelming and there may be times where reading is difficult, listening to conference calls can be helpful during times you can't read , it's so important to do your homework on everything though... Diet- no sugar, protocol, mms, importance of sun, so many details of self care that can be helpful, scalp care ect. Most questions you might have, have already been answered in the forum at some point in time. There has been so many helpful conversations on these subjects, finding what resonates with you and how you plan to approach your treatment is important to rediscovering your health. Ofcourse continue asking questions if you have them, but you may search your question and find its been answered many times before.
For me it's simple repetitive cleansing/detoxing - low carb anticandida diet, protocol, sunshine, Mms baths, Epsom baths, cleaning the skin really well sometimes moisturizing with coconut oil. It's practicing the same thing over and over and eventually seeing results. Focusing on restoring the gut, and over all immune system. Eventually the body starts to become a more comfortable place to live in .. It just takes time.
Reading is so important!! Don't wait to learn what you need to do to empower yourself with the knowledge to help yourself, it really is the sum of all parts... Healing is a combination of things, and you'll discover the tools you need are all right here..
My heartfelt prayers to each of you! Be strong!!!
Blessings, Nicole |
