Hey Everybody

I want to express my gratitude to Mel for being invited to contribute to this last conference call. When the idea to make a post for new people to better understand how important it is to read here, I had no idea it would bring forth what it did.

Thanks to John and to everyone else who participated. I am certain now that it will help motivate many people to find the will to remain here and to take their health back.
