I found this group by researching Morgellons for my mother. We have just recently figured out what it is that has tortured her for several years now, with many mis-diagnosis along the way. I have become extremely worried and have no idea how to help her. Her mind is worse & worse by the day. The problem with finding a good doctor is that she has no insurance. She has seen docs from Christian Ministries, but she refuses to go back because of the way they treated her for carrying a jar in with the bugs that she removed from her arms herself. She brought them as "proof" that she isn't crazy. My only hope is to find a Dr. that is doing a case study to research the disease and willing to treat her as part of the study. We live in Catawba County, North Carolina. Any suggestions or info would help me get my mama back to herself. Thanks, Concerned Daughter |
