How about curling irons or flat irons? Many say they are unaffected by heat and others say they are.

Hi Ashley,
I use to have waist length hair and decided to cut it to about two inches. Which was quite devastating. Well to try to boast my self esteem I dyed it blazing copper red, which was very different for me because I'm a little conservative. The color rinse seem to release a lot of red and black specs from my scalp. My scalp felt so much better. Unfortunately it doesn't last because I wash my hair every day so for me it is temporary. I still use it but mostly I use Tgel or Dr Bronners peppermint soap. Hope this helps you somewhat. But mostly I found the biggest help is eating healthy foods.
Regards
Baps

I realize that using chemicals with this may be a bit ironic but have any of you dyed or bleached your hair to get relief or stop the hair problems? Thanks!
