Hearing your progress is very encouraging to me.
Living in a developing country, everything that I have to do to beat this disease is a bit of a challenge (I live in Indonesia), but like you said what I need to do is devise a plan and do it. I'll take it one step at a time.
Your Pastor is right, you are actually now already helping others. You are definitely helping me a lot.
