Dear Ladies,

Thank you so much for your kind response.

With the unusual increase in vegetable, which means, higher fiber amount in your system, did any of your experience any issues?

Also, here are a few questions to any of you who can help answering. Thank you in advance.

1. The sovereign silver drops for eyes and ears. Am I suppose to dilute it first? Or just use it directly?

2. I have heard read that some people use sulfur soap, since this is more readily available and economical here. I may just use this. Is there a huge difference between tea tree oil and sulfur?

3. I don't think I can get my hand on Kleen Green here and I am still searching for Borax. I'm waiting for the MMS solution to come. One question I have is that we do not use drier here. We dry out clothing the old fashion way and that is outside in the sun light. Any thoughts on this?

4. In terms of replacing fruits, I will try my very best. When can you start adding it in again? If the fruit is sour, like sour young mangoes and young guava, is it okay?

5. By the way, looking at the recipes and forum archive, it seems that eggs is okay for us right? I found this recipe on coconut flour bread, and it required 6 eggs to make. I wonder if this is okay for me to eat.

I am working full time in finance, while the job is not super busy, I cannot take time off so I have to still be able to function well to look at the numbers and do a good job. I cannot not work and I would actually go crazy if I do not work. I am the type that needs to stay busy and not think of this disease all the time or I would become a bit nuts.

I am happy and grateful that I have this forum and website to go to when I have questions, need inspirations and support but I try to live my life and not be focused on the disease all the time. If not, I'll be pretty depressed. What do you guys do to keep your spirit up?
