1. No need to dilute :-) just use as is
2. Sulfur soap has very good results. I use tea tree because it's easier to find in stores here in the states.
3. A hot dryer is said to be good to use. HOWEVER, I wash my work shoes every once in a while or when I start to get biting. Because of the way the shoe is constructed, the dryer would literally deteriorate them. I put them outside to dry and the MMS still works great.
4. Peter says no fruit except lemons and limes for 6-8 months. After that time you can add grapefruit, berries, and green apples. I know fruit is delicious but we need to get better. Ask him about the young guava, I'm not sure on that.
5. Eggs are allowed on the protocol as long as they don't seem to bother you and cause a reaction. Eggs cause no reaction for me.

To answer your first question, yes, the change in diet did cause me some minor digestion issues. This is also part of detoxing. Sometimes I would have trouble going. (Hot green tea will help this.) Other times it was quite the opposite. You will find after enough uncomfortable bathroom experiences you'll start to feel better in general. I think it's the protocol working and flushing out toxins.

To keep my spirits up, I like to try not to think about everything I have to do when I get home while I'm at work. I get completely caught up in what I'm doing. When the crawling sensations get really bad and I can't touch my face, I sing songs in my head. It forces me to be less aware of the chaos going on in my body. Here are some of the lyrics to one of my favorite songs about God:

"Eye of the Storm" Radio edition by Ryan Stevenson

When the solid ground is falling out from underneath my feet
Between the black skies, and my red eyes, I can barely see
When I realize I've been let down by my friends and my family
I can feel the rain reminding me
In the eye of the storm, You remain in control
In the middle of the war, You guard my soul
You alone are the anchor, when my sails are torn
Your love surrounds me
In the eye of the storm

Other things that keep my spirits up:
-praying, skype with my best friend, talking to you guys here on the forum, church, a good t.v. Show, the last one my husband and I watched was called "Selfridge's" from PBS on Amazon video. When I get sad I think of how strong Mel was. He didn't give up hope for THREE years. The day I accidentally got peppermint menthol soap in my eye and thought I was going to go blind reminded me things could be worse :-D

Hang in there my friend ! If this journey is a mountain we are going up at a 90 degree angle right now lol. We are going to make a lot of progress but the incline we are going up at is going to be rough. As we get closer to the top, the incline will be less steep, the progress slower, but a more comfortable journey than the initial incline. Read Mel's section titled "Hope and inspiration" at the top.
