Peter says lemons and limes only until you've been on the protocol for 6-8 months and then you can add grapefruit, berries, and green apples. There is a thread called "for the newly stricken" that will help to read. While you're waiting for your protocol to arrive, continue with the diet and silver like you've been doing and that will help a lot. You can also:

1. Put silver in your ears, eyes, and nose with an eye dropper. One drop in each. This will keep them from migrating here or push them out if they've already invaded.
2. Try to find tee tree oil soap in a store
3. Get into a cleaning routine, keep your bathroom tub dry with some kind of antibacterial spray until you can get Kleen Green.
4. Wash bed sheets every day with borax until you get MMS or Kleen green. Then you can was with borax and MMS.
5. Try to eat more veggies. I know it's hard, trust me. I practically day dream about grapes and apples every day.
6. Avacados will keep you from losing too much weight. I used to eat three a day. As I've started getting better I've gained some wait back and usually just eat one -two a day now sprinkled with a little himilayan salt. Putting coconut oil on all your veggies will help with weight gain as well.

You REALLY want to stay away from all sugar if you can, even natural sugars from fruit. It won't kill you because even vegetables like a yellow onion has a small amount of sugar in it. I used to eat half a sweet potato every day as my complex carb. I realized once my body adjusted to diet I didn't need this. I haven't had one in probably a month but I probably will tomorrow since I've been feeling a little weak physically lately. The goal here is to starve the disease but not at the expense of starving ourselves. "Do no harm"- as Mel would say.

I had an itchy day today and remembered a quote from Peter " think about what you can do to dignify yourself " meaning - don't disrespect yourself with your thoughts. If I wouldn't say it to a friend I shouldn't be telling myself it. My dog may be scratching today, I may be scratching a lot today, but there is a God up there that led me to this site. We WILL get better.
