I also suffer with my eyes and always have a lot of white stuff and fibres coming out. They are connected to the sinuses, like Justin mentions - also the eustachian tubes, which go from the ears down. You may also find, if not already, that you have ear problems.
I have used antibiotics in the past - they haven't been very successful in dealing with the eye problem. I have found, through my own experience that, when I'm on top of the protocol and clean living, my eyes, ears, etc are a lot better.
I have also tried eye drops, which have helped with the irritation. I'm in Australia so I'm not sure what you have over there. I also use the Molecula Silver at times and it does help.
