I would like to hear what you have used Mel in the bath or after for your skin if anything..and from everyone else also what you have used with very good results?
Here is what I have been using over the past few months..
Today I used just Sea Salts in my bath, tea tree organic shampoo for hair, and neutragena for soap.
I have used..
coconut oil to help with any dry skin
alfalfa tablets (opened up and dumped (the powder) in the water.
Sea Salt goes in the water as I run my bath, I used the large crystals you can buy (by Reese) at the grocer.
I also use burts bees facial scrub citrus.
Epsom salts I have used also in the past, with the alfalfa tablets.
Since the Burts bees products are organic I also bought the lip balm and used that as well when needed.
Also bought organic soaps and use those rather than the rainbath by neutragena at times.

Hi G
I am using Mel's now but I am uncomfortable with a couple products and I have left them out. I am worried though that I will not improve without using all of them.
This is the best bet for a cure that is out there at this time that I know of.

Have you tried Mel's protocol?
