Hi G
I am using Mel's now but I am uncomfortable with a couple products and I have left them out. I am worried though that I will not improve without using all of them.
This is the best bet for a cure that is out there at this time that I know of.

Check out the Atlanta plastic surgery website for lots of info on products to use.
I have used many of the same things you have but I am not seeing any difference or improvement on my condition. Nothing I do kills this parasite. I may think I am better but it never lasts.
