Janell 11/5/2013 12:19:00 PM | I am seven and three weeks into getting well. I am writing this post to let all the new people know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Please know, if you follow the protocol, you will get better!! :) Every day I feel my body getting healthier and stronger. Especially during the last few weeks. I have continued to be diligent with my daily routine. It seems life has settled into a new normal. I continue to be strict with my diet, eating lots of raw veggies, Kosher meat three times a week (thanks Justin), and lots of delicious teas. When I am healed, I will continue to be strict with my diet too. I have learned to rest when I am tired, pray when discouraged, and pray to give thanks when I am having a good day. This is what it takes to beat and be victorious in this battle. Just this morning, I read my daily bible verse on my phone. I truly believe God has a special verse to start me on my daily journey. I would like to share today's verse with you: 1 Peter 4:12-13 12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. 13 But rejoice insofar as you share Christ's sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory's revealed. Yes, like many others here, I am strengthening my relationship with my Savior!! We must remember God is in control, not us. I have been blessed to have many angels come into my life to help me. Mel, thank you for truly giving of yourself to keep this website up and running. Please remember to take care of yourself....God still has too many plans for you. Peter, my mentor, you have truly been the biggest blessing to me!! You truly give so graciously to so many. Your advice and inspirational words have been life saving for me. So thank you, Big Brother!! Thank you also to John, Deborah, and Nicole. Love you all!!! So blessed, Janell |
