2:29:14 PM | I was wondering does anyone know if it is okay to take the vitamin called the one and only thru new beginnings with the supplements from the healing protocol? I got results from the organic acid urine test which showed low citric acid, low absorbic acid, low pyridoxic acid, pantothenic acid deficiency, Methylmalonic acid is elevated, and decreased pyroglutamic acid. I talked to great plains lab and they said I very low in all minerals and suggested that vitamin- I do take a daily vitamin and extra C already. She also suggested I get on the essential omegas right away and so I ordered both. Each month I am going to add another thing from the protocol to get better. I am not able to take the antibiotic Bactrim and I am allergic to so many so I don't know what to do about that. |
