I am so glad you liked the zucchini bread. It is an excellent way to get some extra zucchini in us. :) I remember my daughter saying she found her birthday cake the first time I made it. It is good to customize receipes to fit your individual tastes. I spend a lot of time looking for receipes I can tweek to fit our morgellons's diet. We are HUGE chocolate eaters in my family. I will post more receipes soon. :):)
