Debra 5/26/2009 11:22:08 AM | Hi Deb2 - am sorry about your lab. I have 5 pets - some showed signs of this disease especially my 2 older cats. Revolution every 2 weeks cured all of them. My older female cat had a relapse and then it was gone again. My oldest male cat died of liver cancer because of the revolution but not this disease. I am positive I contracted this from a flea infestation in our home. Is it a parasite from fleas, ticks, spiders? The CDC seems to think so. |

Deb2 5/28/2009 7:26:46 PM | Hi Debra, Just read your post on feeling better. Excellent!! If I remeber correctly, you live up north (NJ). the one major symptom that the "bug bite" people have (and I do believe you and others have gotten this from a bug bite) are the black specs. I don't have those. My biggest problem are these long fibers that grow in my body. I do have the other horrible symptoms/problems of the disease. There was too much of a cooincidence between changing my hot water tank and the on set of Morgellons. Since Ive been on Mel's protocol, the fibers that I am pulling out of me are incredible. Hope you keep improving. Deb2 |

During the acute phases I barely sneezed at all. I suspect either, the immune system was kicked into overdrive or the parasite was holding down my immune system. I never bought into the hot water heater ideas at all. You would see more families being afflicted. Not just one person in the house. It's a bite, a parasitic bacteria. IMHO. |
