Hi ld - I'll email you ! Yup, my mom had complained for months. She insisted something was biting her and I found also, on her, the grains, things with hooks, all the sores. I don't have sores yet. I think they are starting actually. Maybe, or my skin is reacting to the Morg. creams and sulfa and vinegar, and salt, and whatever !

Robin, you said you slept in your Moms bed after she said she had something biting her. Do you think she had bed mits and that is how you got it?

It may be to early to tell but do you feel the stromectol is helping? When I did my research on lice Bactrim, Ivermectin Stromectol were recommended for resistent cases and it is also used for scabies and probably for other mits. Someone mentioned in an early post that when she went to the ER the doctor looked up Morgellons on the computer and came up with Doxycycline to treat. I remember someone of Mr C/S site also used it and never worked. I was prescibed the Doxy by the last derm and after 2 months it never killed them but it did slow them down. May have killed something because I was alittle better after that. I tried to get the doc to give me Bactrim but she said she gave me the top of the line when she prescribed the Doxy and Permethrin 5%.

Do you have any lesions on your body or face? I find eggs all the time around my mouth and eye brow and sometimes in my scalp. The stuff in my scalp seem to be more the sandy grains or the funny looking shapes that form hooks(like the end of a fish hook) so that you have a hard time dislodge them.

The ones on my arms and legs seem to start with the grainy sands or black or red dots but once it gets in it remind me of a wart, that has a center but deep crevices. That center part seems to have roots so even if you get some of it out, you never get it all out. When you go after them they go deeper. It's like a weed, if you don't get all the roots it grows back.

Nothing surprises me about what comes about with this Morgellons. I am sure we all feel like we could make a true to life movie about what has been transforming with our bodies but it would be science fiction to the rest and most doctors.

Hope your getting settled and making some progress on this. Linda
