There is a song that says "if it wasn't for The Lord on my side where would I be, where would I be? "and I know that to be extremely true in my case. Like many of you on this site pre M, I was an outgoing social butterfly with so many things going on. Once I was invaded by this pathogen I became a housebound and isolate person which a will weigh heavily on the spirit of any person. But God has given me a reason to smile and dream again. Not because I'm free of this disease but because I have a new appreciation for life and others. The meaning of happiness is found in the comfort of knowing that God will work everything out. I believe the same God that healed Mel, Ellen, Cathy, Bill, Peter and countless others will heal you and me.
