Dawn and Nicole again i cannot thank each and everyone of you for your support in this family of friends, it is priceless.
You are all kind caring people here,
The latest on this, the "horrid rash" all over my neck line has now subsided considerably, the odd red spot, i have had the Kirks soap, i also would like to mention i have sprayed myself after my showers at 8am and 8pm with Kleen Green in a spray bottle, with the exception of my face and neck, my neck i have used a mustard lotion mix with eucerin cream which instantly kills these bugs, mites, then the purge begins and i get as much of my neck with cotton buds, 20 at a time, then in the morning i have put a diprobase cream only on my neck to supple the skin on my neck which over the last few days has eliminated the chicken skin for now! As you may know i work outside in construction and it has got warmer and the bugs are out, a few have fluttered around me, i will use a repellant if required.
My diet is so so strict and following the protocol as textbook as i will eliminate this disease out of my body, i just have a massive craving for a moist fruit cake, "mr kippling manor house" as i used to enjoy them, but i have not give in nor will i until i find a substitute ? any suggestions gratefully received?
And as Mel states, "look above the storm clouds and into the sun"
