10/17/2013 11:22:27 AM | Hello Linda, Sue and Lea, Thank you Linda for sharing your continuing progress. Your positive updates as you navigate the early stages of this disease are uplifting. Look forward to hearing from you in the not too distant future once again. Sue, we do not recommend eating cereals of any kind other than oatmeal until your bioterrain is restored, and even then, certainly not processed or commercial cereals. By the way, many species of microbes survive extended exposures to freezing temperatures quite well and simply resume normal activities when they are thawed. Last but not least, Lea: Continuity is a key element in the success of the protocol. Slow and steady will get the job done. I have often said everyone's body is different, and therefore some react differently to MMS initially. I always slept like a baby. Let me suggest that instead of increasing your drops, you stay where you are and see if your sleep improves, for by not increasing this week it may eliminate some anxiety. Although avoiding GMO's and gluten are certainly a given, we have never stated that one must buy only organic products. Do the best you can with the resources you have available. Finally, any man who thinks he can keep women who have each other's phone numbers apart is not in his right mind. The rule about one counselor is not new. It is in place to protect the health of our counselors and best interests of the many who so desperately need them. I once had a Vulcan friend who said "I do this not for me, I do this for the good of the many". As you may know, Vulcans don't lie. The forum was created for community, to benefit not only those communicating but all those who are led here, so please keep that in mind in your interactions. God Bless You All; Never give up Hope!
