Well ... I know I'm so early on in the mms phase. Did have a little reaction that freaked me out the other night and WONDERFUL Mel as well as lovely Deborah calmed me down. Mel btw I increased the water last night and it helped tremendously!!
But to share my experience ... I had taken the mms around 930 I awoke tossing and turning 2 hours later with intense hot flashes, head ache, rapid heart beating and lastly dizzy as well as upset belly. Need less to say I panicked and thought I was dying!!!! Lol FEAR took over my body and was scared to take It the next day.
But then as I said I spoke with Mel and Deborah who calmed me.....Added more water(silly me trying to gulp down with only 5 or 6oz!) More water and ice and things were better. Still had tad bit of hot flash and a bit of racing heart. I just had to breath through it and said to myself this too shall pass......that's all I got 4 now:)
I really look forward to getting on the forum daily to read all the new posts and actually disappointed if there aren't any!
